YNKs Gohan to Oyatsu no Netacho (Meal and Snack Notebook)
Tasty food gathered from home and abroad and the ability to choose a restaurant according to the purpose and one’s mood are the charms of the Yaesu-Nihonbashi-Kyobashi area. Serialization in a relay format that Gokinjyo (tentative name), which is the community of female workers in the town, introduces as their favorite menu selections.

YNK女性ワーカーズコミュニティ・GOKINJYOメンバー。長崎県出身、4歳まで島育ち。学生時代は福岡で過ごし、就職を機に上京。東京勤務ののち仕事の都合で海外生活を経験。日本食があまり手に入らない場所だったので自炊の写真をSNSに載せていたことがきっかけで現地の料理サークルに招かれて、素人なのにごはんとみそ汁などの日本料理を現地の人に教えていたこともある。平成が終わる直前に帰国。東京日本橋に勤務し現在に至る。
