Panda and “pudding” at BLESS COFFEE Kyobashi

The charm of the Yaesu-Nihonbashi/Kyobashi area is that you can choose the restaurant that best suits your purpose and mood, as well as the delicious foods from Japan and abroad. In this relay series, GOKINJYO, a community of women workers in this town, introduces their favorite menus.
BLESS COFFEE Kyobashi is located in an office district. The store name, framed in neon orange, and illustrations of pandas spending their time at the cafe are the landmarks. The shop is crowded with customers for breakfast in the morning and lunch in the afternoon, but in the evening, it is a calm place to spend time.
When I need a change of pace, I order pudding at BLESS COFFEE Kyobashi. I order a pudding. I usually take it out, but this time I have it in the store with a cup of blended coffee.
The pudding is held in inorganic plastic. The surface is hard. But when scooped with a spoon, it is surprisingly smooth. It looks like a store-bought pudding, but it is made in the café’s kitchen!
It is. Yes, it is actually homemade pudding. It has a moderate sweetness that even those with a sweet tooth can easily enjoy, and the light, bittersweet caramel sauce is a perfect match.
During a busy time of the year, I was on my way to a convenience store to take a break and was attracted by the cute illustration of a panda, so I decided to go in and ordered a pudding at BLESS COFFEE Kyobashi. When I tried it, I found that it was really delicious, and my depressed mood was lifted.
Eating good food makes you happy, doesn’t it?
Since then, whenever I feel the need for refreshment, I take out the pudding here. Of course, the original blended coffee is also delicious (the blended coffee is very fruity). And the pandas here and there in the store are adorable.
Incidentally, in addition to pudding, there are homemade baked goods and hearty sandwiches displayed next to the cash register, as well as a full menu of meals such as hamburgers and Neapolitan.
