The charm of the Yaesu, Nihonbashi, and Kyobashi area is that you can find delicious food from both Japan and abroad, and you can choose a restaurant according to your purpose and mood. GOKINJYO, a community of women workers in this area, introduces their favorite dishes in this relay series.

We enjoyed the Ushi-jirushi Course at Yakiniku Ushi-jirushi at the GOKINJYO women’s worker community gathering!

At the entrance, a conspicuous red cow welcomes us. I often pass by the store, so I was curious about it, but when I saw it up close, it was even more powerful than I had imagined!

From the very first kimchi and namul, I was anxious to see if I could eat all of them.
The meat sushi is beautifully glossy and tender, melting immediately in the mouth! The accent wasabi goes well with it.

Thick slices of tongue and halami in a salty flavor. I have never seen such thick tongue! The halami was also firm yet tender, with outstanding flavor….

And finally, the famous Kuroge Wagyu Beef Cutlet Sandwich, which I was looking forward to. The combination of crispy batter and juicy cutlet is exquisite, and this is a must-try!

For the roasted loin before closing, the waiter grilled a large piece of meat right in front of us!

We were very satisfied with the number of items in the course. Surrounded by delicious meat, we were truly happy!

It has been a while since I attended a leaning party and I enjoyed hearing everyone’s various stories!

Now I want to invite my colleagues to come for lunch.
