We partner with small-scale farmers across South America to produce coffee beans, which we supply to cafés and roasteries in Japan. We are realizing a vision of “sustainable coffee powered by bicycles.” The coffee beans we produce are fair trade coffee that embody a “three-way benefit” approach — benefiting farmers, consumers, and the global environment.
At this café, we serve specialty coffee brewed from our beans and also offer them for sale. Located near the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station, we warmly invite you to stop by. -

Born in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture, he dropped out of the Department of Photography, Nihon University College of Art. While working on advertising visuals, he visits his hometown of Sasebo and has continuously exhibited his works. His photo books include HEAVEY METAL, 17, and Shashinron (on photography). He is a representative of the photo studio STUH studio, which is located in Hacchobori.
