The exhibition “Jam Session: The Ishibashi Foundation Collection x Yuko Mohri – On Pucis” will be held at the Artison Museum of Art starting Saturday, November 2, 2024.

The “Jam Session” exhibition has been held annually since the Artison Museum opened in 2020. It features a joint performance by contemporary artists and works from the Ishibashi Foundation Collection.

This year’s fifth exhibition features Yuko Mohri, an artist who has garnered attention on the international art scene. Ms. Mouri is an artist who uses everyday objects to create installations that give form to invisible energy such as magnetism, electric current, air, and temperature.

In this exhibition, previously exhibited works updated for the Artison Museum space and newly created works are presented side by side with the Ishibashi Foundation Collection, selected from Mori’s perspective. Filled with subtle sounds and movements, this is a special space that can only be experienced here.

Come visit the first large-scale exhibition in Japan of one of Japan’s leading contemporary artists, Mr. Mouri.
