The charm of the Yaesu, Nihonbashi, and Kyobashi area is that you can find delicious food from both Japan and abroad, and you can choose a restaurant according to your purpose and mood. GOKINJYO, a community of women workers in this area, introduces their favorite dishes in this relay series.

After a depressing day off from work, let’s have a light drink after a late lunch.
I used to have an image of Kabuto-cho on weekends as a place where it is hard to find a store that is open for business, which used to be the maximum level of depression during holidays, but thanks to the redevelopment, it has been reduced to a great extent.

We immediately ordered “KATSUO ONE,” an original highball made with whiskey infused with bonito dashi. Dashi is versatile!

Oysters from Kanawa Suisan in Etajima, Hiroshima are used in this Mapo tofu. The slightly spicy flavor of the oysters fills your mouth.
Oyster Soba Noodles with soy sauce, also from Kanawa Suisan. You can have another drink with this dish as a snack.

The second drink was an original cocktail inspired by the symbol of KABUTO ONE, “The HEART,” the world’s largest cube-shaped display.The HEART is a very impressive display, so please come and see it for yourself.
