Sháo Sháo is a restaurant supervised by Wu Huan Yu, a Taiwanese chef from Taipei, Taiwan, who lives in Tokyo. The restaurant’s name “勺勺” means “to scoop up” food, culture, and memories.

Taiwanese cuisine has no clear definition, and one of its characteristics is that it is a mixture of various cultures and eras, with unique flavors passed down from region to region and family to family. At the main restaurant, you can enjoy a menu that combines the flavors of Taiwanese cuisine, which Wu has inherited from his family since childhood, with seasonal ingredients from Japan.

The building in which the store is located looks like a stack of wooden blocks. Visit the unique building as a landmark.
