The charm of the Yaesu, Nihonbashi, and Kyobashi area is that you can find delicious food from both Japan and abroad, and you can choose a restaurant according to your purpose and mood. GOKINJYO, a community of women workers in this area, introduces their favorite dishes in this relay series.
There is a very impressive display of jumbo gyoza at the entrance,
so it is definitely a Chinese restaurant, Taikoro,
but the interior is stylish and reminiscent of the West Coast.
Sitting at a large round table with other people is exciting even with a small group.
On this day, we had a famous jumbo gyoza set meal, which was about 12 cm in size…
However, instead, we added gyoza to the Shanghai-style fried noodles.
(During lunch time, you can order from just one.)
Look at the pictures!! Plenty of vegetables and plenty of volume!!
The starchy sauce is colorful and full of ingredients.
Underneath, there are plenty of crispy and fragrant noodles that are occasionally browned.
This will definitely make me sleepy in the first afternoon.
I’ll have to take a short break before starting my afternoon activities.
As I was looking at the menu, there was something called “Taikouro Makanai Furikake”…It can be added if you order noodles and rice.
When a menu item says “Makanai” (a staff meal), it always sounds really delicious.
Next time I’ll try this. And the famous jumbo gyoza.
I will definitely come again!!
Thank you for the happy time!
