I come to Nihonbashi for shopping and strolling. I started wearing kimono about 20 years ago. I inherited my late mother's kimono and went to learn how to dress in it, and these days I wear it often on a daily basis.

Born in Sasebo City, Nagasaki Prefecture, he dropped out of the Department of Photography, Nihon University College of Art. While working on advertising visuals, he visits his hometown of Sasebo and has continuously exhibited his works. His photo books include HEAVEY METAL, 17, and Shashinron (on photography). He is a representative of the photo studio STUH studio, which is located in Hacchobori.
