The frozen, aged gyoza brand “-ond° (Ondo)” achieved over 3,000% of its funding goal in just one day after going on sale on the crowdfunding platform “Makuake” and ranked No. 1 in the food category. In August 2026, this buzzworthy brand opened its first brick-and-mortar store, “Hana to Gyoza,” in Nihonbashi’s Kodemmachō district.

“-ond°” frozen, aged gyoza are characterized by a three-stage temperature control process that brings out the natural umami of the ingredients. Each gyoza is hand-wrapped in a chewy wrapper with a filling made from domestic ingredients, and when pan-fried, the juices burst out.

“Flowers and Dumplings” is a new-style bar where you can not only enjoy their signature dumplings fresh off the grill but also savor creative Chinese dishes and craft sake.

Among the menu items worth highlighting are the “Aged Saliva Chicken”—a rich, flavorful dish made tender with koji—and the “Tomato and Mozzarella Mapo Tofu,” which combines the tartness of tomatoes with the richness of mozzarella. These are creative Chinese dishes crafted by a chef with a background in Italian cuisine.

We offer a wide selection of beverages—including natural wines, craft gins, and Chinese teas—to pair with our gyoza and other dishes.

And when talking about this shop, “flowers” are an essential part of the story. As if to give tangible form to “-ond°”’s core concept—“Warm the hearts of those you care about”—vibrant flowers adorn every corner of the shop, and there’s even a flower shop located in one corner of the entrance.

You can purchase seasonal flowers by the stem. You can take them home for yourself after a meal, or give them as a small gift to family members or loved ones waiting for you. You can also enjoy the simple pleasure of selecting a single flower to take home after your meal.

Gyoza, which brings people closer together, and flowers, which gently convey feelings that are a little too shy to put into words. The unique charm of this restaurant lies in its style, which combines these two elements.

In a warm and inviting atmosphere, enjoy gyoza and drinks with friends, and take home a single flower on your way out. Keep an eye out for “Flowers and Gyoza,” a spot that promises to add a little extra joy to your typical evening.
