EVENT

“TOKYO BLOCKS PARK!” will be held in the alleys of Yaesu and Nihonbashi. Let’s eat, drink, and have fun in a different alley space!

2025.10.22

In the Yaesu and Nihonbashi areas lined with office buildings, traditional alleyways still remain, and the unique restaurants and eateries that gather there are crowded daily with workers and locals in the area.

“TOKYO BLOCKS PARK!” will be held in such an atmospheric alley space from October 22 (Wed.) to November 1 (Sat.), 2025. During this period, the space will be transformed into a more open space than usual, with light decorations using digital art and mobile food stalls. A “new public space where people and the city meet” will appear, where visitors can enjoy eating, drinking, and interacting with others.

Three areas of implementation

This event will be held in three alleys in Yaesu and Nihonbashi. First, interactive digital art will welcome visitors to the alley next to the Tokyo Tatemono Yaesu Sakura-dori Building, the gateway to the Yaesu and Nihonbashi areas.

In cooperation with “DRAGON BORRACHO” and other nearby restaurants, an outdoor food hall will be set up where visitors can enjoy takeout menus at standing tables. A mobile food stall, “Traveling Food Stall,” will also be set up to sell alcoholic beverages and food menus brewed by local restaurant professionals.

Tables and chairs will be set up at “SAKURA POCKET PARK” along Yaesu Sakura Dori. The alley-side window of the adjacent “GOOD COFFEE FARM” will become a counter only during this period, serving coffee cherry IPA (beer), natural wine, burritos, etc., to be enjoyed like a bar.

“YAENAKA POCKET PARK” next to the Tokyo Tatemono Yaesu Building will be equipped with solar-powered andon (Sonnenglas®︎ EN), creating a different kind of relaxing space. Low tables and lounge chairs will also be set up for visitors to relax and enjoy their time here. A takeout menu prepared by Chef Tatsuya Noda of the innovative restaurant “8go” in the building will also be available.

During the event, a stamp rally using the dedicated “Horai” app will be held, offering special coupons for use at participating stores!

The alley is usually crowded with locals, but during this event, even first-timers should find it easy to drop by. There are many attractive restaurants and eateries in the area, so why not hustle here and there and enjoy the nightlife of Yaesu and Nihonbashi to the fullest?
