Reward yourself for working hard with ”Ramen Yukari”’s salt flavored chicken ramen with seasoned egg.

The charm of the Yaesu, Nihonbashi, and Kyobashi area is that you can find delicious food from both Japan and abroad, and you can choose a restaurant according to your purpose and mood. GOKINJYO, a community of women workers in this area, introduces their favorite dishes in this relay series.

I did my best this week too! Now I have the perfect excuse! After work, I headed to “Ramen Yukari” located right next to the A5 exit of Takaracho Station.

It’s a modest little shop with 9 seats at the counter. I bought a meal ticket from the ticket machine right at the entrance.(I’m lost in the cashless operation, it’s okay!)

Now, the salt flavored chicken ramen with seasoned egg.

Served with 1/2 of a flavored egg, which is a special benefit for Instagram followers. I also added lemon sour for 350 yen.

Ahh, some kind of moisturizing ingredient has sunk in…

Thank you for the thin noodles. Thank you for the flavored egg, I love it.

On the other hand, in the heat of summer, you can also try the tsukemen soaked in kelp water. Since the menu name is “Kombu Sui Tsukemen”, it would be unavoidable if the dipping sauce was kelp water (too elegant), but of course it’s not! Also, the noodles are unique and thick, and the amount is generous, so be careful (what kind of caution).

Come to think of it, all the staff were wearing long purple aprons, which is unusual for a ramen restaurant.

And on this day, the staff was 100% female. It’s so fresh!

What’s more, it just opened this April. When I hear that, I have no choice but to recommend it. I’ll come again, thank you for the meal.
